For 4-H members in grades 3-12.

 

Enrollment in 4-H will take place

from October 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025. 

 

The 4-H dog must be over 6 months of age

and be friendly to people and other dogs.

 

Required dog vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella

A completed 2025 4-H Dog Vaccination Form is required.

 

Collar and 6 foot leash needed
